Strategic Path Forward
Many conversations at every level of the University have led to the current strategic plan. These conversations produced several streams of information that have ultimately flowed into the broad areas that have become the themes of the strategic path forward.
Key Areas of Emphasis on the Strategic Path Forward
Based on the broad input from all categories of interested parties, the historical values of the institution, a review of the previous strategic plan, and on the culture of strategic stewardship, the following key areas of emphasis have surfaced.

“How can we better attract those who wish to be trained for a life of service to the church?” - Student Learning and Success
“How can we best position students for learning and success?” - Institutional Innovations
“What are the better ways to serve our students and our external constituents?” - External Partnerships
“Who can we partner with to better fulfill the mission of the University?” - Institutional Infrastructure
“What infrastructure do we need to better serve our students and external constituents?”
